Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all you Dad's out there! It has been a great Father's day here at the Gragg House, actually we have not spent more than an hour at the house, but we have had a wonderful day with family and friends celebrating the love of our fathers. Wanted to give a special thanks to my wonderful hubby who is an amazing father to our kiddos. He has so much love for them and is not afraid to show it. I am one blessed woman to have such a wonderful Husband and father to my children. He is the spiritual leader in our home and am thankful for him everyday. Thank you babe for the example you set for our children of what kind of man a father is supposed to be. I love you very much.

Yard Sale Saturday

We will be up bright and early Saturday for a multi family yard sale. There will be lots of good stuff including furniture, clothing (some never worn), household items, electronics and More! We will host it at our house so please swing by rain or shine. T-man will be selling goodies and lemonade, his fav! Never too early to learn the value of a dollar! See you bright and early Saturday June 20th! We will start at 7am!

Park Fun

Saturday Michael took the youth to Carowinds and I spent the day with the kids! We woke early and went straight to the farmer's market followed by the tot lot. We had a blast! T-man was so excited that the climbing wall was opened and he went for it.


I love his face in this photo. A face of accomplishment! He climbed to the top all by himself, never missed a step. He is wide open and I love it! He goes wherever the wind takes him, just wishing I was that free spirited. Lainey is "coming to life" as Michael says. She loves the park too, especially the slide. She also loves to swing and giggles each time! She waves at everyone and says "bye bye". I could just eat her up!

This Wednesday is Michael Grandfather's 80th Birthday. Michael and his Granny Gragg planned a surprise party for him Sunday night. I think he was shocked as his entire family was there including his Brother's and Sister's.



here is 4 generations of Gragg's. Lainey fits right in but Trathan on the other hand is too blond for this bunch. What a great time with Family. Happy 80th birthday PawPaws..We love you very much!

Whirlwind of a week

I think the title says it all. We have had one of those weeks that just would not slow down. It seemed to zip right past us in a blink of an eye.

First I want to say Happy Birthday to my incredible Mother. She had a great birthday as we celebrated with a surprise party and delicious dairy free cake (made the Sweetie Pie of coarse)! She doesn't seem a year older, but then she never ages! Hope I get that side of her gene pool :)

The very next day is my Mother In Law's birthday. She also had a great birthday spent with family and friends. I have a wonderful mother in law that would do anything for my kids. She is so giving of her time and loves them so much.

These two women both mean so much to me. I wish them both many more years of good health and happiness!

Also this week, our friends Bill and Teesa have gone to pick up Carolina from China. We have been keeping their little boy Sam and have loved every minute. He is such a wonderful kid and T-man and him get along so great. It makes me want a third....did I just say that?? Hehe :) Anyway, he has had a great stay and we have not run into the first problem. He is eating well, sleeping well and playing hard, as little boys do. Trathan loves having him here, we just wish we could keep him longer.

Bill and Teesa called this morning on Skype and we all got to meet Carolina. She is a beautiful girl with the most precious face. She was eating sweet potato and holding a picture of Sam. I can't wait to meet her in person. It has been such a joy to know this family.

Lainey Milestones.......
Lainey is very quickly becoming mobile!! She is beginning to scoot along the floor as well as crawl backwards. It is so sweet to watch her move. Enjoy a picture of her swinging on a beautiful day here in the mountains.
